National Shower Spares

On Wednesday this week our master bathroom shower mixer valve decided it would fail ... the component was a Mira Shower Cartridge that was fitted in 2003! ... I thought there was little hope of finding a spare part, but after contacting National Shower Spares on Thursday morning I received a reply within minute from the Manager who had identified a replacement part. I was delighted because I was thinking the whole shower was going to have to come out! ... National Shower Spares really excelled my expectations because after completing their online checkout they dispatched the part same day and it was with me Friday morning. My shower was fixed same day. This was in my view excellent customer service. I give National Shower Spares a 5 star rating. Highly recommended.

Extremely helpful over the phone when my shower stopped working.
I was prepared to buy new shower from them but they recommended I try a new solenoid valve.

A very well deserved 5 Stars and can whole heartedly recommend, what a brilliant company. Ordered some replacement shower parts for a Mira Sport electric shower (flow valve and replacement cover), arrived promptly and well packaged, perfect. Had an issue with the valve and spoke to John who is amazingly knowledgable and very helpful too. We ran through the problem to make sure I hadn't done anything stupid whilst installing the valve and concluded that the valve is probably faulty. John arranged for a new replacement to be sent out that same day which will hopefully fix the issue, top service.

I ordered the Salamander 120 Booster.. something that was completely out of stock at all plumbers merchants I rang and salamander themselves..
This was delivered to my door, the other end of the country less than 18hours of ringing.
And the icing on the cake, it was also the cheapest place..

NSS were absolutely brill when we needed help with our shower. We spent a lot of time getting local plumbers in to look at our broken shower and only one was willing to touch it and wanted £1500. Their free service to help you identify what parts you need is wonderful, we had a response within hours, with links to order them straight away and we could fit them ourselves. I now have a working shower and it only cost £120.
