A huge thank you to Marco, who was a great help in spending the time with us in planning and putting together our shower room design. He really knows the products and can suggest the best options, and even managed to bring it well under budget! Would definitely recommend this store and Marco in particular. We have another bathroom to renew and will be back in January ! Thanks again.

Had my en suite bathroom fully kitted out through city plumbing and was extremely happy with the service I received especially with the service I received from Marco. Definitely ask for him as he was extremely helpful with all aspects of my bathroom. Currently in the process of getting my 2nd bathroom kitted out through sitting plumbing as well.

Just had a toilet & bathroom refurbishment. I bought all the equipment from Seb Shah at City Plumbing Norbury, and was impressed by the helpful advice he gave; all the gear arrived on time as intended, ready for the plumber and builder to start work. Everything went smoothly and the end result was great - many thanks Seb, and to the plumber and builder.

I really can’t recommend the services of City Plumbing highly enough for a very speedy, officiant and super-friendly service!! (Especially Seb in the bathrooms department!!) I had a broken sink basin after an accident at home and Seb helped me to source a replacement and then organised the delivery and fitting also.
I’m eternally grateful!

If you’re happy to be served by a miserable, patronising young bloke, this is the place for you. But if you prefer service with a smile and cheaper prices, pop down the road towards Norbury to Tool Station, they’re just as likely to have what you want.
I wouldn’t have written this review if it hadn’t happened twice in two days. I’ve got two kitchens and a bathroom to sort, and these guys ain’t getting my money anymore.

Have been buying all my materials for two of my bathrooms and consistently found their service of excellent quality. Mr Seb has been amazing and always ready to answer queries and suggestions. Had some faulty goods and was replaced without any fuss. Thank you Mr Seb and City Plumbers for your great 5 star service. Surely will be recommending family and friends.

I went to the cityplumbing bathroom showroom. To get a new bathroom. Unfortunately due to covid restrictions I was unable to access the showroom but I managed to have a quick chat with Rebekah. She was amazing we did a virtual appointment a couple and email back and forward, and she produced a fantastic design and gave me a great reasonable price. Fantastic service from start to finish. Highly recommended
