They know what they are talking about and have always been my 'go to' guys when I'm not sure about something.
I can highly recommend them.
I just wish they would open Saturday afternoons.

I was recommended this company for my bathroom suite. I initially dealt with Peter who was very thorough when it came to ordering my suite which came was within my budget. Add a very kind, caring and thoughtful professional man to the mix, and that would sum up Peter! I have since dealt with Denis, who has been very kind to me and has always dealt with and resolved any queries or issues I have had in a professional manner. The personality of these two gents is on par with my own, which helped a lot! All the staff at Pattons are extremely friendly and welcoming. Thank you very much! Angela.

I would never use T Patton Ltd for bathroom suites again, we bought a bath, 3 sinks, 2 showers, 3 toilets and 3 units from T Patton, one toilet has a lot of discolouration, the sink handles have rusted, one toilet has stopped flushing, and a plug has completely broken plus a handle has fallen off the bath tap. my old bathroom I had for 16 years was in much better condition than this one which we bought at the end of 2019, emailed T patton and they want us to re-order and buy the faulty parts! No thanks it will keep happen again, they seem to be good for plumbing supplies but would not buy bathrooms from here! Overpriced and poor quality!!!

I visited the store earlier on today & was blown away with the service I received. The gentleman behind the counter was very knowledgeable & promptly dealt with my enquiry. I went on to discuss a quote I received for a new boiler & again the gentleman took time to advise me on what was required for a full boiler install & it really put me at ease with the quote I received. What a gem of a store that not only had what my plumber needed but more importantly takes the time to go that extra mile for their customers.

Pattons is the best bathroom showroom and we have used them for many years and now on our 5th bathroom from them. Peter is so knowledgeable and everything is delivered on time. They can also recommend good installers.

Amazing advice given and a small o-ring that was needed without charging me anything, best plumbing shop I've been in! Will go there again for sure!
