Requested an exact seat from a known range, got sent something completely different, and was then completely ignored when contacting them for the right item to be sent. Just wanted the sale I guess. Poor advice, and very poor after sales support.

Ian helped me find an obscure part for an obscure tap that hasn’t been made in about 8 years. Knew the exact tap make and model instantly from a picture, drove to another branch and bought me the part back the next day. Top rate service as usual from Plumb 4 Less. Thanks Ian.

great place. good honest advice. Never take a card off the board, just ask the people behind the counter for a recommendation. Boards, you just never know who you will get.

Ordered three items, two not in stock, agreed to wait for them, received a wrong item. Called once, emailed 14 times to be able to get a refund. The refund was done in four parts each time I had to remind. Very very poor customer service from a Steve. Shameful. Please take your business elsewhere

Booked a boiler technician from their online directory who condemned my 6yr old boiler as unfit and offered me a replacement for £3k. I got another technician who found that the condensate drain under the kitchen sink was blocked. He cleaned it up and it's working like a clock since. There is nothing wrong with the boiler itself, but because the condensate drain joins the kitchen sink drain the drain was getting blocked by the kitchen sink debris stopping the boiler as a result.

I notified Plumb4less they didn't care to respond or follow up.
If you expect that they would endorse the standards of care and practice of their list of practitioners, they don't. You don't know who you are getting. They are just a booking platform.
