You couldn't meet a more helpful and knowledgeable bunch of guys. Always a good experience here. Good prices, good knowledge, good stock holding (and can get anything else in that you might need). Amazing bathroom showroom next door with their sister company. Well worth a visit.

Andy and Alex finished our shower in our on suite yesterday 17th August 2018. We have been extremely impressed with the service and help from the team at Plumbco. Andy and Alex are a credit to the company and we could not sing their praises enough. They were extremely polite and helpful. They also cleaned up after themselves to a standard we have not experienced from other trades people in the past. We would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. Thank you once again.

excellent company to deal with. been using them for years. i have used them for my electrical business in relation to parts for boiler systems as well as designing and purchasing kitchens. now they have branched out to have an onsite installation team i recently had my en-suite replaced by Goodey and Howell and again received an excellent service.

We spent a good few thousand with this company in 2015, on bathroom items for our new bathroom and and en-suite. The En-suite mirror (150 quid..) and the tap and automatic plug became faulty recently. The chrome on the tap is rusting through, chrome on the overflow ditto, the works in the auto plug fell off and disappeared down the sink waste (which also had bad chrome...) and the silvering is coming back off the mirror. We went into Plumbco in May and spoke to a young man, who said that he'd look into it and get back to us. He never did. We then called in again and were told that they would get onto their suppliers, which they did concerning the mirror (although we'd bought it from Plumbco...). We got a reply from their supplier blaming us for just about everything to do with said faulty mirror. We then called on Plumbco (again...) and were told that as all this stuff was out of warranty by six months, that they wouldn't be replacing any of it. In a nutshell, we bought these goods in good faith and paid top money for what we expected to be quality items that would last. Sadly, that is not the case. In closing I would say that if you choose to deal with this company, look long and hard at what you are buying and especially any warranty. Once they've had your money, they're not interested. Deal with them at your peril.
