Redbridge Plumbing and Heating Merchants

Wanted to charge me £25 for a tap cartridge that I knew cost about £8. Walked out, went to a shop on Ley street a few minutes away and got it for the proper price. If they think you're not a plumber, they'll take the opportunity to rip you off here. AVOID.

Excellent service, I had a full bathroom quote for all the stuff I liked in Body Wash and I went into Redbridge plumbing and spoke to a young guy called Shaun and he managed to beat the quote by £800! And it was the exact same stuff, I still don't know how he done it. I would 100% recommend

Purchased a boiler from here a while back and at the time got talked into getting it installed by the owners son who was supposedly qualified as a corgi engineer.

First I get talked into buying 3m of flu pipe when only 1.5m was needed, and didn't get a refund on unused piping that was promised, but having it installed by them was a bad bad idea as this guy was a novice and I ended up fixing many of the mistakes myself.

He even left the thermostat wiring hanging loose which could have caused a spark/fire, and did a bad install on the flu that over time condensation from flu that suppose to flow back into the heat exchanger, instead due to bad instal and seal has dripped into boiler destroying all the parts within. Terrible as have to pay for a new boiler after only getting 3 years usage out of a valliant

They rip you off here when they know you have limited plumbing knowledge. They promised to refund items if not required, but after number of visits and calls, still no closer to getting a refund. Really poor.

Good prices and a wide selection of stock, however parking is an issue so be prepared to either rove around for a space on a street or take two people!

10/10 for these guys, 5 is not enough. Went in looking for torbeck filler and a doughnut. Got both items, the exact same doughnut! and a really high quality torbeck for £11! Came on here to look for a back to the wall toilet, but they have no website:( I will visit though.

Tried to over charge me for ceramic cartridges at £14 each thinking im a noob. Got it for £4. down the road...be careful is all i have to say!

We recently purchased a new ensuite shower and taps . We had to go back several times to change items and buy additional parts for the plumbers. Nothing was too much trouble. The service was amazing. Would always use Redbridge Plumbing rather than the super stores. Would highly recommend
