My Dad really rates the guys at Rowland Tysoe - so much so, that he's actually writing this himself - still back to the review - Rowland Tysoe -always so willing to give advice to the amateur!... along with selling the bits needed to sort the job - excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

First class customer service. These guys really know their stuff and are extremely helpful. Highly recommended.

On the advice of the manager ( Steven Hamilton) , we bought a jonction box that we finally haven’t used and tried to get refund within 24 hours.
We brought it back but the manager invented fake rules about electrical device policy that cannot be returned (even obviously we haven’t used it and even it’s just a junction box -no electrical component inside. Cf. picture )
He even tried to pretend those rules were written on the wall (close to the front desk) but nothing like this was written . When I mentioned no such rules like this exist he just said «  I’m the manager and I make the rules »
I am not used to post such review but that was
rude enough and dishonest manners to be mentioned here. Clearly a untrustworthy person ! Good to know if you’re planing to work with this compagny !

NB : For sure he will come back with dodgy explanations about this post !

Cranleigh Bathrooms / Rowland Tysoe recently designed, supplied and fitted three bathrooms for me. It was without doubt, the most efficient and professional experience I have ever had with the building trade. The design and advice was first rate and it was great to be able to see how the bathrooms would look on their software package. Our decision to do the project was driven by some fairly major plumbing issues, which the team were able to sort out for us during the process too. Sean Groom was the recommended fitter and his project management of the installation and his team was exemplary. All told they were with us for 6 weeks and having had some bad experiences with builders before, these guys were a breath of fresh air. Hard working, tidy, respectful and skilled. The end product is three fantastic bathrooms. What we had before was beyond awful but our new bathrooms are amazing. On top of that, all our plumbing issues have been solved. I would strongly recommend Cranleigh Bathrooms to anyone looking to embark on a project and Sean Groom would be the man to do the installation.

I purchased my Kitchen from Rowland Tysoe in Cranleigh, Steven Hamilton was my contact, obviously a Kitchen is a major purchase, I found Steven to be professional, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful, nothing was too much trouble, I am delighted with the finished product and would unhesitatingly recommend this business for going the extra mile.

Problem with my old cw tank ball valve.poped into shop and received Very helpful advice and free tips for a successful replacement. Brilliant & it worked... Could have used the internet but much better from the experts... Recommend

Excellent range of plumbing materials. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy to access despite being off the High Street. Convenient and reasonably priced.
