how is it that every time I go into this place the shop floor is deserted and no staff in sight. When I do go in here it’s usually a last resort. The Williams business model is far superior. Take Guildford for example. 80% of stock on the floor for you to pick up and take to a waiting and might I add happy member of staff. No wonder they were in the Sunday times top 100 companies to work for. My mind just boggles at this place.

Often have to wait ages to be served even when it's not busy. Sometimes they don't seem to have basic plumbing items in stock. Not my first choice plumbers' merchants.

Covid safe,friendly and knowledgeable staff..Online orders taken and processed ready for collection..

Very exspensive poor quality of goods not be using them again 👎

The staff and manager here have always been helpful and normally have what I need, but exceptional service recently getting an out of stock item from another branch, and much easier than the internet. A great example of where local works best

Awful place. Useless staff. Overpriced. As a customer you're treated like you're an inconvenience for entering the store.

Useless, would give zero stars if it was possible. Ordered item online for collection in store. Staff could not find item when I arrived. After 20 minutes searching they gave up and gave me a refund. What a waste of time. Ordered a similar item on Amazon from their car park.
