Just wanted to say “Well done for the Great Service”.
First time that I have used this Place for my plumbing spares. Made my order and was told parts would be ready on Tues for collection. Went in the following Tues and two of the parts in my order had not came in. Explained that I needed them the next day, and they promised to sort the problem. Then about 10:00 the next day one of the store people came round my house and personally delivered them to me.
So 11/10 for service and all at a very good price, well done “PlumLink”.

We have been using Plumlink for a few months now, and can honestly say that they are the most professional and helpful plumbing suppliers we have used. John (the MD) is extremely helpful on quotations and getting materials to us and the sites in a timely manner. We, as a team, have great communication with all at Plumlink and would 100% recommend them both commercially and personally. Great service guys!!

Refitted my bathroom and cloakroom using Plumblink and found the service to be excellent and pricing competitive. Special thanks to Kelly who was really friendly, helpful and certainly knows her products. Delivery was quick and efficient and I even received a call to let me know my order had just arrived and was being loaded and would be with me in 45 mins. I would certainly use Plumbling again and highly recommend them.

I want to say a big thank you to all the guys at Plumlink Havant. Helpfulness and customer service is 5*, nothing is too much trouble for them. If they don't have something in stock, they are straight onto ordering it and providing a delivery date. Wide range of products and manufacturers to choose from. They didn't mind how many questions I asked (and I did call several times to nip and tuck my order and until I was really happy!) I thought the prices were very competitive and Karl helped me achieve my vision. I love every piece of the bathroom, it makes me smile. I wanted to give them a 'well done' shout out as many customers are quick to complain but happy ones sometimes forget to share good news:-)

We recently visited PlumbLink in Havant, looking for new sanitary ware. Karl took us under his wing immediately, giving great advice, options and reassurance. He then spent more time with me at another date which was booked at my first visit. He created a design of the bathroom which I was able to take away and share with my builder and plumber.
I highly recommend visiting Karl at PlumbLink in Havant if you want great customer service and advice.

If our bathroom comes anywhere near the service we have received from Karl Townsend at Plumlink at Havant, Hampshire then we will be very very happy people.
It the world of bathrooms/sellers and NO hard sell these people truly know their stuff. And come highly recommended.
All the time in the world for us and some really clever suggestions to resolve "preconceived" ideas. I cant fault Karl for that :-)
These guys might not be the cheapest - but when you are spending a lot of money - you need "customer service" and this team here deliver it in bucketloads not just the "20% off if your buy our stock solution".
He is patient, accommodating, extremely knowledgeable, visionary and a true gentlemen when it comes to customer service.
He engenders trust. A customer relationship forged and not forgotten.

Great Service from Havant Branch....
After visiting 3 other plumbing centres and being told that there was no solution to my problem. The man at Havant Plumlink was very knowledgeable and helpfully came up with a solution which was sensible and wouldn't require replacing the kitchen sink...
