1 person asleep at the computer who woke up in a strop and just shook his head when I asked if they had a particular product. (Which I then found in toolstation next door).

Very helpful staff, and went over and above, to point out what i needed.
The manager is very customer focused.

Harry and the team at City Plumbing are great! They have helped me plan and deliver our Shower-room and then our Bathroom. Harry and I worked closely to achieve high standards and finishes and I will definately recommend them to family and friends. I wish they could help me with our next project!

I was at the store earlier today to return an unopened item well within the return period and the guy behind the counter at the store made a face as though my returning the item was coming out of his pocket. Overall a sour experience!
