THL Bathroom and Plumbing

Never had cause to complain. All the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and always helpful. They've got a huge amount of stock and if somethings not there, it's ordered quickly. Really good value, never seen anything overpriced and they are open on Sundays.

Pour customer service, some staff delayed some wrong items delivered. I been in and out of the shop for 2 days just to pick up screws form the delivery sitting on a desk...no contact no apologies and rude like you go to the shop to bother them and they have a 1000 other better things to do then to assist a client.

customer service for expert fitters and novice DOT enthusiasts alike. Great range of high quality products with most stock available within 24 hours of ordering. I bought everything I needed from them for a new bathroom from the hot water system including pipework to the plug and chain for the bath.

God help all of us if places like this ever close down. Staff know pretty much EVERYTHING plumbing related and always seem to have item you need in stock or else can order it in within days. Been using them for years and they NEVER disappoint

Good old-style counter service plumbers' merchants who have everything under the sun in stock, unlike Wickes, Screwfix , etc who only sell fast-moving popular items. Open Sunday mornings too which is a real bonus!

Best service. I was served with patients and advice, helped me load to my van. Amazing prices.
