Stuart Plumbing & Heating Supplies Narborough

Purchased a bath, along with furniture and tiles for a whole bathroom and cloakroom. After a few weeks the bath started to develop marks in the bottom, similar to brown water marks, which appear to have removed the surface coating. Contacted a lady called Claire twice, sent photos and heard absolutely nothing back to resolve the problem or even take a look. We thought it may be the bath material that had a defect, but we have not even been given an opportunity to discuss this with a representative at Stuart plumbing and heating supplies. We are now left with a bath that at less than 12 months old looks an eyesore.
We are going to purchase another bath from another supplier, but now risk cracking porcelain tiles removing and re- installing.
The customer service has been less than satisfactory and we have been left extremely disappointed. Our plumber has used the company for many years, but they will certainly not get another penny out of us.

The staff at Narborough branch are very helpful. Always seem to have what I need in stock and will advise of an alternative if not.

Recently had to purchase parts for a job at the request of the plumber, Stuart’s at Narborough spent a great deal of time explaining to me why they thought the parts could be wrong. I purchased anyway. Plumber never shown up a again The new plumber said parts were wrong. Returned to Stuart’s at Narborough who couldn’t have been any better. Excepted returned items then spent more time sorting me out with correct items.
Helpful staff who go the extra mile. Would recommend to any one.

Excellent response from Narborough branch.. After being let down by another company, I called at 1425 on Friday afternoon to see if I could get an order in for dispatch before the 1430 cut off. By 1430 I had received tracking info from the courier. Top service, thank you.
