Went to look at shower or wet rooms. Walked around .No prices just bay numbers. No staff spoke to us .shame as had some.nice.stuff

Very impressed. So many bathroom ideas to look at. Friendly staff who seemed very knowledgeable. Gave you time to look after greeting us without pouncing on you and being over pushy.

If I could have given no stars I would have. Don’t expect any customer service if you have any problems with your kitchen. Once they’ve got your money they’re not interested.

Went today brought an amazingly well priced kitchen mixer tap ex display( good as new)The staff team where extremely knowledgeable and gave me plenty of tips and advice for fitting. Very good service will be using on the new house for sure

Had a bathroom supplied and fitted by solutions. Got a great deal on a ex display unit plus no vat due to being diabetic so 20% saved there also on all the tiles shower enclosure etc . The fitting and tiling by Steve and Ryan was first rate nothing too much trouble I would highly recommend this company and will be going back next year to do our en-suite John and Trish

Being in the trade for 25 years and just set up my own local rapid growing business I dropped into here to buy some materials that the other local merchants (Walton) didn't have a clue about.It was so refreshing to have a welcoming staff who were knowledgeable and dealt with my order quickly. Will definitely buy from again. Thanks guys.

Wont be going again !!! Also heard they have reported the parents of the children who use there car park for 2 mins to drop there children to school ? What a way for a local buisness to support the community!! Litterally rite next to the school?? Absolutely shocking for a local buisness!! Would rather keep an empty car park and leave signs threatening you i have been past this place daily and never see anyone in that car park , great job guys got your company a fantastic name now around sutton in ashfield and mansfield what a way to support familys in this pandemic , over the years i have recomended family and friends here but they clearly dont think this way , will deffo be pointing everyone in BnQs direction 👍

So pleased with our new bathroom! Deb helped so much with our choices and steve, ryan and andy worked so hard to give us our perfect bathroom! Nothing was too much trouble, and they worked so hard, thankyou all very much!
