I could not have felt happier with the level of care and information I received from this clinic. I was seen by Naomi Green and following her diagnosis I was sent to the hospital for further treatment. My GP notably remarked upon how impressed she had been by the detailed referral letter which she received from Naomi. I would highly recommend Footworks and thanks to them I am still in heels!

I couldn't recommend more! I've had an amazing treatment today! I booked an appointment for one painful callus but I miss Ruth Giffney treated my feet overall from some past ones too. She was really friendly and really good in her job. She also sent me a program for my ankle rehab although this was not the reason of my appointment. I appreciated this gesture that shows genuine interest so much! Thank you! I will be definitely coming back for any future issues :)

I would definitely recommend this place. I hate people touching my feet and had a lot of anxieties about it thus not getting my toe nail checked out for many years. But Ruth made me feel really comfortable and calm. She managed to sort out my toe nail delicately without me even feeling like anyone was touching my feet! Thank you so much Ruth! Wouldn't trust anyone else with my feet! :)

Really friendly staff- both the receptionist and the podiatrist. Podiatrist talked me through all the treatment options and have also been very accommodating recently as I had to reschedule my follow-up appointment at short notice. Very reasonable prices and a clean, bright and modern clinic. Would highly recommend.

Naomi is absolutely fantastic, I can’t recommend her enough - she’s the best at what she does. Every time I visit the whole team Footworks are really friendly and professional too. A 5* experience all around.

I recently used Footworks and this is my experience.

I have had pain in my big toes on and off for awhile now due to ingrowing toenails, and wanted to get this sorted. One of my friends is currently on the NHS waiting list for this and she has been waiting 4 months and another has been waiting 9 months so this is what made me what to go private rather than being on a list.
From my first phone call to when I was actually seen for the procedure was only a week! The receptionists were all very professional, courteous and welcoming over the phone and I also explained my issue via email and I had a response from Ruth Giffney.

Ruth Giffney was my podiatrist at Footworks and when I arrived for the appointment/surgery she took the effort to explain things very clearly to me and to put my mind at ease before she did anything. She was incredibly knowledgeable on the subject and took the time to answer my questions, and explain what will happen during and after the surgery.

During the procedure she took the time to ask me about my interests too to help put me at ease during the procedure. During this process it was all handled smoothly and went like a well oiled machine! She then explained what I will need to do to make the surgery a success and to continually care for my toes moving forward. I left feeling well informed as to what would be happening over the next few weeks.

I was then booked in for a redressing the next day to make sure that it was all in order and to give me some dressing supplies.

I had a final follow up a week later with Ruth and things have progressed very well and I am very pleased with the result.

I found the staff were excellent at Footworks but I do have to single out Ruth and say she was exceptional! To anyone thinking about doing this or something similar, I highly recommend Ruth and the team at Footworks. I have already recommended them to my friends.

Delighted with the service from Ruth and the reception team. I've just started returning to training at the climbing wall after a two month layoff following surgery for an involuted toenail. From start to finish the information and communication was first class, and Ruths excellent people skills helped allayed any apprehensiveness about the procedure. I thoroughly recommend this practise.

I really appreciated the voicemail and email to check up on how I was after the procedure. I feel well cared for.
The receptionist was friendly and helpful and all the staff seem to remember their clients and are friendly.

Ruth was also very good at explaining the procedure as well as the science behind my condition which I really appreciated.
