I would highly recommend AKS. I attend four sessions of laser treatment for fungal nail infection and i am extremely happy with everything. The clinic is newly refurbished and very clean. Podiatrist is very knowledgeable and explains everything thoroughly.

Developed verruca 2019. Tried freezing, Swift, various acids. I have excessively sensitive feet and found the first 2 too painful to repeat and the latter didn't deter the verruca. I am not an easy patient, jumpy and vocal when pain bites, which clinicians find hard. Then I moved house and went to AKS and for the first time the nature of verruca was explained and how the treatment works. Needling under local anaesthetic was recommended. I was extremely nervous when I turned up for the procedure so was delighted to see there were 2 podiatrists, one of them always reassuring and distracting me during treatment. I was very anxious throughout and they couldn't have been kinder or more understanding, waiting a long time until I was sure the anaesthetic had worked. Their empathy and clinical expertise made such a difference to my experience and I heartily recommended them, especially if your feet have a low pain threshold .

I had never been to a podiatrist before but decided my feet needed some attention. I came away very happy with the treatment. I will definitely being going back to the Staines branch.
