Many thanks to Joanne at ifoothealthcare for her excellent care after I had a fall and could hardly walk. The shockwave therapy Joanne recommended helped reduce the pain and speed up the healing. If you've got an injury old or new I recommend going to ifoothealthcare for treatment.

I have been having custom made orthotics from ifoot health care for 4 years and I couldn't do without them. I like to walk as much as possible and without the care from Joanne I have received I wouldn't be able to do the walking I love so much. Many thanks to all at ifoot.

This is not just a shoe shop. The business helps people with foot problems, balance, scans on your feet, to show how you walk & your gait, etc.
I have had orthotics made to go in my shoes which help with my balance due to a damaged vertibrae, in my spine. I've had many falls as I'm off balance & experience chronic pain in my back.
The help, advice & professionalism from Jo the owner & her team has been excellent! Jo is a very nice lady & has much experience
of people with with foot problems.
My orthotics have reduced my back pain & have not had many other falls.
I have also purchased 4 pairs of well made shoes & my orthotics fit inside, shoes are very comfortable.

I was having problems with my feet and walking, having fallen over a few times. Went to see Jo at ifoot healthcare for a scan. She identified the issue and knew how to help me with specially made insoles for my feet. In just a short time, I now can walk further and my feet feel more comfortable. Feeling much more confident on my feet and can’t thank Jo enough. Highly recommend for anyone who has a problem with their feet and can’t find a solution..

Friendly and knowledgeable staff who offer a range of treatments and are always happy to offer advice for people who have problems with their feet. They also sell high quality and very comfortable footwear. There’s no hard sell approach and they won’t sell you footwear which isn’t suitable. Highly recommended.

I visited Ifootcare after a recommendation from my chiropractor. I have flat feet which have caused knee and back pain for years.
Jo did a foot scan and I ordered some custom made orthotics.
I’ve been wearing shoes purchased from the shop with the orthotics and miraculously my knee pain has declined almost to the point of disappearing completely.
The back pain I had had gone!
I’m reviewing my shoes and having a complete re-think.
This is money well spent and will most likely prevent me from falling over as I age.
I recommend a visit to Jo. There is no pressure just good advice and expertise.

Went to Bewdley today and saw the transformation of ifoot care salon so decided to pop in for a browse. It has been transformed from a shoe shop to a high end clinic with state of the art equipment. I spotted a few pairs of beautiful boots and decided to treat myself for Christmas. Undecided on which pair to buy I was given information by Joanne who clearly knows her boots, shoes and feet and ended up buying two pairs, the G comfort snow walking boots, fully waterproof and super warm . I worn the one pair home and they were so warm and comfortable I wore them in the house for the rest of the day! Thank you very much for my lovely boots!

Fantastic finally found my mom some shoes that fit her, mom has various health issues one being swollen ankles and another being diabetic. Her shoe size was 6E -8E, Joanne was amazingly helpful, also stocks an amazing selection of shoes to suit everyone who has similar foot issues as my mom.
Fully recommend Ifoothealth care take a look at what other foot services they offer again amazing service and very pleasant service provided. Help look after your feet and get professional advice help, highly recommend
