I visited ZW Clinic back in May as I was having trouble with a very painful and stiff achilles. After a thorough examination and clear explanation of the diagnosis,, I was prescribed shockwave treatment and bespoke orthotics for my shoes. Zoe and her team are very helpful, friendly and supportive and the care I have received, together with the purchase of a pair of Hoka Walking Boots from their clinic in Kirkby Lonsdale, meant that I was able to walk the Pennine Way only a few weeks after the treatment finished. The boots are incredibly comfortable, they provide support in all the right places but are cut low at the heel which alleviates the pressure on my achilles. They also look really funky and are a real talking point! I would definitely recommend ZW Clinics and also these brilliant boots (see photo after 3 weeks continuous walking)

Following an ankle fusionI was in a lot of constant pain with my foot and ankle, permanently limping which also made the opposite arthritic hip painful. At 65 I thought that was it! Zoe changed all that.
She recommended exercises and inserts which thankfully have worked brilliantly. I am so grateful to her for her expertise. I would thoroughly recommend her without any hesitation. 😁👣

I’d been suffering from plantar fasciitis type symptoms for several months after years of inadvertently wearing unsupportive footwear.
Zoe’s initial consultation was extremely professional and thorough. I was impressed with her examination, explanation and plan going forward.
I was given a series of exercises, bought orthotics and underwent shockwave treatment. Additionally, I took Zoe’s advice and bought myself some Hokka sliders and a pair of trainers.
With the combination of excellent treatment, orthotics and new footwear, I am now pain free and I’ve no hesitation in recommending ZW Clinic to others.

My wife attended this clinic with foot problems. She saw Zoe the specialist in this area. My wife foot was fully examined and diagnosed. They made special inserts for her shoes and a coarse of exercises to strengthen her foot. The service was excellent and follow appointments was thorough and treatment tweaked to improve the recovery. My wife now walks a lot better and with considerably less pain. Any further issues with feet or any other joints I / we would not hesitate returning. I would definitely recommend Zoe, zoe is very knowledgeable and welcoming, with working on my feet for 12 hrs a day and doing around 12/13 thousand steps, I was in a lot of pain with my feet and went to see a physio who recommend going to see a podiatrist, I can't thank zoe enough! I couldn't walk around the house with slippers on before seeing zoe. Thanks to insoles and Hoka work shoes, they have made such a difference and am so glad I made the appointment and investment.
