Ripley Post Office

Very rude lady always on in the afternoon dislikes doing v62 forms.
Apparently you always have to have the last owners post code....
Had already checked the car was down as trade with dvla...
Bit of education needed
And some manners...
Had to insist that she tryd....

Girls are really friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble and they’ll help you with awkward parcels and recommend the best prices.

Friendly staff, various services available

I'm really not one to leave a negative review but its got to the point, I dread going to this post office to collect or drop off parcels. I run a business and have to use this post office often, whether its myself or my partner, we are made to feel like an inconvenience, everything seems a bit too much trouble. I appreciate protocol must be adhered to when collecting parcels but the sighs and condescending tones are unnecessary and far too common.
