Brookfield Post Office

15 Mon wait today.Never enough staff. Always have to wait. Feel sorry for the girl who has a queue in front of her all day long. It's not her fault.

Poor customer service from Stephanie

I have visited this Post Office a number of times to post packages, and have been served by Stephanie on most of these occasions. Whilst other staff have provided extremely helpful customer service, Stephanie was extremely rude, unfriendly and gave awful customer service. I understand that everyone is going through a tough time at the moment due to COVID-19, but her service has consistently been terrible. She mumbles questions to me, and when I inevitably have to ask her to repeat herself, she repeats them in a passive aggressive way. She also says unclear things like 'is it 20', which I had to ask her to clarify: she meant to ask if the item I was posting was under £20. Little things like this can be changed so easily but can really make a difference between poor and great customer service. I hope this can be changed and Stephanie can start representing Royal Mail in the expected manner and treat her customers with more respect and consideration.

I use this post office on a regular basis and have always received excellent service from Stephanie. Nothing is too much trouble and I am always greeted with a smile!

The staff here are great ! I use this post office a lot and Steph is one of their best employees. All the staff are great with me and really friendly. It’s just a pleasure to see them each time and the service they provide is excellent. Keep it up girls !!

I use this post office alot for posting my work mail aswell as my personal parcels. Friendly, helpful staff. Specially the 2 young ladies on the post office counter. Always go above and beyond to offer a good service.

Absolutely terrible staff and racist as well. Tries to sell you services which are not needed. Tells you that only tracking will get post to its destination. Signed for is not guaranteed. So what the staff is saying is that pay more money for the same service. Absolutely ridiculous and rip off service.

I've lived at Brookfield for over 20 years. Always had a good experience shopping here. Friendly staff. Good service.
