Tulse Hill Post Office

Never had a single problem. Provides exactly what you'd expect from a family run post office. Friendly helpful staff that actually say hi and hello rather than try and rush you out the door.
*If you can't spell your own name then you don't deserve your parcel, and I've definitely say at my desk in work eating whilst typing, scribbling or talking to someone.

Extremely rude. Very poor service and not professional. My 70 years old dad has been charged for 1st class parcel to be send to Spain and on top of that the person in the post office wrote the wrong details ( the address) into the system so the parcel never arrived. Also post office said that can not do nothing about it and on top of that as the manager of the office said: ''we do not give a s***t about the customers....WOW STAY AWAY FROM THIS POST OFFICE

I love all the crew in here, but especially the ladies. They always chat, always do what they can. I see them dealing with so many angry people as best they can, it’s a shame people take their frustrations out on them. Over COVID they were just lovely. Thank you!

Horrendous service. I got a card in my mailbox saying a package was left there. When I went, they told me they didn't have the package as it wasn't on the list. I called parcelforce who confirmed they had a picture confirming it was at the Post Office. The lady still stood by her list to find the parcel a few minutes later and acting as if it was my fault it wasn't on the page she checked but on another part of their notebook...

Very rude and unprofessional. Had a mattress to return and I called the store a day before to confirm whether they accept larger items which they confirmed. Carried the mattress all the way to the store to be told they won't want to take it as they don't have enough space. Wouldn't want to provide any alternative and were very rude. Took an Uber to go to the Post Office Norwood branch where they were very happy to help.

Worst post office ever. My parcel was posted with 2nd class signed for 8 days ago. Tracking number says parcel is still at the post office, I've tried to call several times, no one answers phone there at all. Communication is appalling. I just wanted to speak to them about my parcel.

Best post office I have ever been to. The ladies and man are all so lovely. So kind and genuine and really good at their jobs. They are always so friendly and welcoming to everyone. They make visiting the post office a pleasure.

Went in person to confirm what time they open and advised 09h00 as shown on google. I went at 09h40 next day, not open and they do not answer their phone. Operate their own hours, which is just what you need from a post office.
