Despite filling in a form stating I wish them to leave with neighbour if not in, they never do. They never ring the bell they tap and go think they must fill out the card in advance. The cards used to have opening hours on, but not anymore .

The online opening times are wrong so I now have to wait another 7 days to collect my parcel as I work full time and can't collect between 8-10am during the week! Absolutely ridiculous! Surely they should do at least one evening a week!?

Never open when the website says they should be

Absolute waste of space. Waited 2weeks for delivery, recieved 3 emails telling me when delivery was, then turn up on different day, Put card though door and return to item to office, (not following leave at side instructions!!!) Returned item to hub which is only for 2hours a day when at work... they need sacking, never had a problem with any other delivery company

Would be helpful if opening hours were still on the card like they used to be and if the depot was open for longer for collection

If i had a choice I'd give no star at all. Just rubbish! Dreadful service

Can't really be called a service when the only day you're open "all day" (not even all day) is Saturday. A total of 16 hours of available time in a week to collect - not even a full time job! I'm sure it used to be better than this.

So now I have to wait another 5 days to collect my parcel. Other people work you know - a couple of hours in the middle of the day at lunchtime would be more of a service!

When I turn up to collect a parcel and find it shut. Your opening times online say 8am-10pm. To be told to check and read it properly as happened to me this afternoon. Yes very rude and maybe you'd like to check your advertised opening times on here before you argue with me.
