Ansdell Post Office

Always excellent service from Ansdell Post Office but did go today urgently at 8.30am but the post office doesn't open until 9.00. Perhaps this should be changed accordingly on the opening times.

Execellent post office with excellent staff. Especially Chris on he desk. He managed to successfully help me with a tracking query which was quite troublesome, must have took some time but he prevailed! Truly exceptional customer service!! A+++

Really valuable local resource. It is well used and, hence, can get a little busy at times leading to short waits which is why I rated it four stars rather than five stars.

Although the Post Office web site says that they close at 5:30pm, when I arrived at 5:01pm they were just shutting the door and wouldn't take a recorded delivery letter for me that had to go out today. I ended up driving to St Annes Post Office (who are also open until 5:30pm) and posted it there instead. Not the best customer service in my view.

Always very helpful. They also have a great selection of cards, including some lovely cards that feature Lytham.

Don't understand the negative reviews - I've used this post office for over 20 years and the service has always been outstanding!

Excellent post office with very friendly and helpful staff and every thing you need from your local post office and very handy

I took a bunch of parcels, they rung them through the till incorrectly which apparently then meant I couldn't use Google pay. Explained I didn't bring my card. So instead of cancelling and re-scanning everything they asked if I could go home and get my card.

Another time was unable to get my QR code ready before being served as I had my arms full with parecels. The man literally sighed and tutted at me and left the till to serve someone else which then left me waiting again.

On another occasion they forgot to print out one of my return receipts, when I called when I got home they weren't bothered at all. No apology and no receipt able to be given at that point apparently!

Not very helpful and a bit rude
