Royal Mail

Very rude asian lady served me today. Didn’t accepted my pre-paid large letter parcel. It was exatly 2.5cm and posted exacly same way many times before. However the lady at the counter was not interested to help and just said “next customer!” Luckly Bushey post office had no issue with my parcel. All depends on staff and their willingness to help I guess.

I think people are confusing the delivery office with the post office. The post office has terrible customer services. Rude, unhelpful staff etc.

The delivery office I have always found to be super helpful and friendly.

Incompetent and useless, the Royal Mail is now doing its part to speed up “Great” Britain’s demise alongside the trains, police, and government. This is what our soldiers died for.

Absolutely ridiculous- it’s barely ever open!! And there is another post office within Budgens and I always end up going to both. The whole thing is so confusing!

Bad service, no wonder no one uses royal mail
