McColls Post Office

Absolutely rubbish post office. There is no sense of urgency even when there is a long queue. Staff miserable and unhelpful

This Post office deserves an award for the slowest post office in the country if not the world! Even when the Q is out the door only 1 person serving with no sense of urgency. Long haired guy just takes forever faffing about, takes forever to do even the most basic task such as putting a sticker on a box! I tried to send things on a prepaid fast service and he said they wouldn't be sent on that service. What planet he was on I don't know, I think like other reviews have said he just makes up whatever nonsense he feels like. Seriously this POST Office needs an inspection. If I could leave no star I would but minimum is 1 star :-(

I send a lot of parcels, 2 people minimum are behind the counter but there is only one counter open no matter the length of the queue. Which there always is. I believe this is the worst post office I've ever used. I try to take my parcels now to Stoke Poges. They are much more courteous and helpful unlike the staff here.

The 1.7 stars this establishment is currently enjoying makes it very overrated. I took my Click & Drop parcels in to leave at the hatch but was told (by the same rude bloke everyone else on here is complaining about) that I had to queue. The service is Click & Drop, not Click & Queue! I don’t have to queue at the other hundred Post Offices I’ve taken my parcels to in the past. This bloke seems to like to make up his own rules in which case he should be working for himself and not Royal Mail. It’s a shame as a bad Post Office really brings down an area. I later took my parcels to the lovely staff at the Beaconsfield Post Office (who have a near five star review!) and they gladly accepted them in the friendly courteous way I would expect.

Excellent service when new post office card needed due to loss.
Gerrards Cross post office unable to do this transaction due to not having cards in their safe. The replacement and help at Chalfont was second to none and I will be using this post office in future.

Slow service.... Website claims postage services are available up until 10pm at mccolls. Theyre not..... I would honestly find somewhere else to go as using this post office can be painful.. And remember parking is 1 hr maximum..... You will spend that time in the queue

Excuse me. How dare you take off my review of this post office. I sent a parcel the other dey and everything rang smoothly but that’s doesn’t give you the right to strip people opinions of this establishment #sorrynotsorry

A generous one star for one of the worse Post Offices I've been to. The staff are slow and rude. On my last visit I was told that I couldn't pay with a "phone payment" and it must be a card because they were the rules. The nearby Post office in Gerrards Ceoss said that this was not the case when I went there.
The attitude of the staff is poor and was told to hurry up when it approached lunch time closing.
The Village deserves better!
