Stanstead Road Post Office

Always paid money into my bank account via this post office with no problem. Went in on a Saturday and woman serving said the money should be in bags ?? then said It might be too much to pay in ?? I paid into another post office no problem and said it does not have to be in bags at all and there was no problem with the amount ?? Then called my bank who could not understand why she was saying this?? Had no problems with other staff before, they were always efficient and helpful.

Excellent service. I often drop off large batches of parcels and they are dealt with promptly and efficiently. I also find Smita very helpful and friendly.

I love this little post office.
Owner is fast, efficient and knows what he is doing.
Only problem is the one counter. Its a shame really as you should be running a much bigger place

service could be better. Asked twice for proof of postage and didn't get one. It was too late to get one when I realised at home what had happened. They don't sell anything other than first or second class stamps. Shop can be closed without any warning making wasted journeys.

I have been using this Post Office outlet for the past year and found it to be the most helpful one around! The lady behind the counter has always been super helpful and is always super aware of the queues that form especially in the not nice weather conditions. I know some people moan about the service but I can assure you she does all she can for you as quick as she can for you, probably too fast at what she does if there is such a thing! Just remember when you moan about people, think about how you have treated them in the first place, manners are free :-)

The staff are very polite, professional and courteous to any query. Never had a single problem with them and the service is just simply exceptional every single time. I've always found them very helpful. I now only use this post Office.

I have been a regular customer in this post office and they have been very helpful expecially the young Asian lady. She is very respectful and always gives out excellent service. Ive never had any issues and will always go back to the shop....
