Cosham Post Office

Huge thank you to Karen in Cosham PostOffice who helped me send some parcels to the US. She was very friendly, knew exactly how to help me and saved me from overpaying! I am very happy with her service and assistance. What a lovely lady!

A great team of staff. I have been their customer for years and years and they are always very helpful, cheerful and friendly. Please continue to support our local post offices as they are a vital part of our community.

Disgusting customer service, made me feel like I was dumb to even question where my lost parcel is.
Have been here before and it was always similar service, horrible experience, this time thought it was enough for me;hence the review. The team really needs to check themselves.

I go to a lot of post offices but this one is special. The majority of the staff (not all) are so miserabl eand rude! To the point its a bit fawlty towers you have to laugh. No sorrys / thank yous and total sense of humour bypass. I just have a laugh when i get the inevitable rude response but have seen some other people get upset. Convenient for simple things like posting but stuff like passport checks etc id go elsewhere.

All the staff there are lovely and friendly, one of them saved a couple of coins for me because they knew I was coin collecting. Definitely one of the best post office out there. I always refuse to go to the at commercial and go here instead because of you lovely staff.

Lovely staff always friendly

Poor customer service, really unhelpful member of staff when I was asking about a new service by Royal Mail. She told me to read the leaflet, couldn't be bothered to ask a colleague for information. She was a really rude, abrupt, arrogant woman.

Friendly service as always from Karen S , just had a my car taxed a few days ago.
