What a great little Post Office ! Friendly, polite, helpful, alert, and professional staff, offering excellent service and very efficiently. Queue times are non-existent. I occasionally used Adeyfield Post Office when in Hemel in the past, but not anymore. The difference in service is like night and day.

Always have problems. The old guy always seems to have another reason to delay or reject me from sending parcels... Either the machine is down or he needs to close early...

This post office is by far the worst one I’ve ever been to. I was told my parcel was not there when I had received two emails from the company to tell me it was.
Staff are rude and in particular the old man with the glasses.
Customer service is non existent and they clearly need some lessons on how to speak to their customers.
I will now be collecting my parcels elsewhere.

Went in with my 3 year old daughter yesterday to post an item and was told that I didn't pay for some stamps that I had bought the week before! How do you possibly not pay for 4 books of stamps! The owner did this in front of a line of people. Was so embarrassed will never go in that shop again!

Very professional gentleman running the Post Office. Unflappable, knows all the arcane postage rules. My post office of choice every time.

I would like to say that going to this post office has been a nightmare as customer service is very poor and they don't seem to be very interested in what i say or do and they always seem to glare at me when i walk into the shop like i'm going to steel something.
