Eastoke Post Office

Diabolical behaviour from post office counter and general counter when my daughter purchased a postal order on my behalf. She was told that she had to withdraw money before the cashier would tell her how much the postal order plus service charge would be, which meant my daughter had to withdraw more from Nat West account than she needed. As the envelope wouldn't stick properly they refused to give her half an inch of cellotape and told her she had to buy a reel, luckily i had some in the car. Do they wonder why customers bypass them. A little thought from them would go a long way.

Awful service. Stood at checkout for several minutes before being acknowledged. I asked several questions and was given one word answers. Shop was empty, I wonder why? Female member of staff was rude and made me felt as if I was being an inconvenience, I just turned round and walked out. Am not sure how this post office survives tbh!

Felt like I was supporting a lovely, friendly local business that is under pressure, I've known this place for more than 40 years, brings back childhood memories with my Grandmother & it's hardly changed which I love, well done & I hope it never changes for the worse like most of the rest of this world!

Recently used this PO to have a Cheque sent to my bank for clearing , Cheque has never been received by the bank and I have now had to go through the process of having it cancelled and reissued

Never liked it in there, rude staff very abrupt and this has been case for 14 years ! Only use them if my parcel gets dropped off there.
