667 Romford Road Post Office

I have used this Post Office for over 7 years I am a regular here. Everytime I walk in without fail he will talk and even wave at me when I just use the cash machine. For a one man team in a Post Office (as on odd days I do notice a member of family stepping in to help). Imagine standing alone against the vast load of posts and services, on top of that the other services such as shopping/parcel delivery incoming and outgoing! I applaud this gentleman. I think people need to look at the bigger picture instead of having a little a moan and attempt to try and ruin this Post Office. Please don't feel put off by the negative comments. Take it from someone who is so critical! I am the first to complain and I can assure you this man bends over backwards. Majority of the public are miserable, so maybe the paying customer(s) should also smile and offer their friendliness. Keep on going you hard working man!

Been coming here for over a year now. The service has dramatically improved since the new owners took over around October time last year (2018). Very friendly, helpful and knowledgable staff, particularly the young man behind the counter and the charming elderly gentleman too.
How many star ? 5 is not enough.

Guys have done well here not sure why the dude with glasses gets so much hate on here. He is pretty friendly from what I have seen but then the people in Manor Park think they should get special treatment even though they are just special type of tosser. Much cleaner since the new owners have been there and definitely quicker service.

One of the BEST post offices i have been to . Always friendly and also go out of there way to make sure our parcel done in for the collection time.

Best post office in our area. The team in this post office is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We are a small business and frequently ship international orders. We tried out quite a few post office branches in our area and made some very frustrating experiences on the way, therefore we were very glad when we found this place about 2 years ago.

Fantastic service have been going here for the last 2 years since I opened my business locally. Staff are always very helpful in regards to all the post office aspects. I would highly recommend this post office and the postmaster is very knowledgeable and friendly to all customers he deals with
