The staff are friendly and helpful but half the time i go to collect a parcel they're either on lunch or on holiday, I don't understand how or why there is literally one person running it.

Don't normally visit this post office, but it was my nearest option to collect a Parcelforce parcel. Wasn't that busy, however I still had a 20 minute wait due to there only being one and rather slow member of staff behind the counter.

A absolute shocker of a PO. Service is awful. One counter working at peak xmas period. No ine knew if they did foreign exchange. "I don't know where the euros are.."!!. Its a disgrace that PO needs to take in hand urgently. Staff are rarely trained to required standards.

staff were sadly completely obnoxious at these very sad times and had no intention of helping just pulling faces when i asked a question will not be going to this post office again and would highly recommend using a different post office rather than have to put up with obnoxious behaviour

Every time I’ve been in here there has always been someone helpful and kind to help with a joke and a laugh thrown in!

Chris was extremely passive aggressive and dismissive. I had been waiting there for 5 minutes and he was counting cash in front of me, moving boxes around doing anything else instead of serving me as the only trained post office worker on the floor. It was truly as if I was invisible. It was only when others joined the queue behind me that someone else came to greet me.

It would be different if it was a busy day, it seemed to me that he was intentionally ignoring me.

Lazy older lady couldn't be bothered to serve me. Absolute joke. Walked down here early before work to post a parcel to be told "we open late on a wednesday". Maybe update your google hours.
