Havant Post Office

As soon as i entered I was greated with a smile, and I was served by the manager very quickly.. The service was fantastic and very quick, and efficient. If only all staff at the post offices were like the manager and staff at Havant Post Office cheerful.

New post office, new employees, slow and still closing before they’re meant to. At the time of posting this review the first time, 6 months ago, I had came at 5pm. Post office national website at that time 6 months ago said 5:30 pm close (not sure why this post office replied that Google times were wrong, it’s the post office website times that were not being adhered to). Already shuttered down at 5 pm, when I came at that time. Current closing time is now 5:15 pm according to post office website and Google maps, but the post office was shuttered before 5 pm at the time. I will update if I find they’re closed before 5:15 pm again.

Update: I’ve edited my review several times to be very clear that they were advertising as closing at 5:30 on postoffice.co.uk 6 months ago after moving, but they are still accusing me of looking at the wrong place for times. The fact is, they were not opening at the correct time, and they weren’t at around Christmas time either, and neither were they advertising or making clear their amended hours!

I'm always posting lots of parcels here and have always had very polite and professional staff helping me, very friendly and nothing is to much trouble, x

They are miserable and unfriendly. They also attempted to charge me £27 for a package that was rated at £10. I would avoid them if at all possible.

Just renewed my passport here - the process was easy and quick. Staff very friendly and helpful. Thanks!

I’m not sure why this post office has received poor reviews. I use it for all my post office activities and have nothing but great things to report. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and I post multiple items from here on a monthly basis. I can’t recommend using their service highly enough
