Quedgeley Post Office

I have never had a good experience at this PO but today I was completely ignored. No pleasantries. Tried some interaction but cut completely dead. Clearly the lady did not want to engage with something as annoying as a customer!!!! Shame. Post Office - do not put people like this on your front desk.

Visited this post office today. Waited in a queue to be served. One of the ladies servicing could see I was carrying my child, who was in fact sleeping. However still continued having her chat with a consumer about her pandora jewellery. She didnt seem to care that there was a queue forming out the door. Zero customer service, knowledge. I really feel these ladies need training on customer service.

Purchased Euros today from this branch at a rate of €1.06 to the Pound, was not advised that if I had bought a slightly larger amount that I would have been entitled to a better rate. Very disappointed, feel cheated although the staff were friendly enough, surely they are under some obligation to advise the customer.

Great service every time I go into this post office - have only seen the queue outside the door once or twice (but was close to Christmas so was to be expected). Even these queues are dealt with quickly becuase of the staffs helpful attitudes!

I found it quite rude to turn up and have a staff member shut the door in my face and say "closing for lunch, open again at 1".

I appreciate people need to eat, but nowhere does it state they will close at lunchtimes. I would avoid making the trip over next time.

Always get fabulous service from these lovely ladies. They can’t help if there’s a queue so no point getting stressed, easy to pop back if no time to wait. Thankyou ladies! :-)

really nice service efficient and quick. much prefer this one to the larger one in market place gloucester which can get a bit hectic and make you feel hurried. no complaints at all here. (No complaints from me is a miracle).
