Aldermans Green Post Office

I have given your shop and service 7 chances since we moved near a year ago. Everytime I leave upset from the rudeness of the manager, he has no manners and thinks the world owes him a favour. Never going in there again, would rather travel the extra mile to the next post office for a smiley face.

Excellent Post Office and store...

Exceptional Staff at every level...

The *owners and family are superb and have been in the 34 years that I remember clearly and I’m sure that they were before...

Staff that are not directly within * above, I have found them all to be very good and some exceptional (female member of staff. Jet black short hair is one of a number).

I have no affiliation or connection to the Post Office and I hope that you consider that when read the reviews and make up your mind after.

I would recommend that you read all of the other reviews written by anyone who has written a poor review here and then decide.

Rude staff

What an absolute joke of a place! Never had problems with any post office before and I used many. The opening times available online are not correct. When checked with staff they gave me wrong times. Because I'm busy I wanted to use the click and collect option when shopping. Now I can't even collect my packages because they're closed every time I arrive which is is nothing the hours I was told by the staff and also that available online. Will never use again
