Salisbury Avenue Post Office

Very easy access. Shares a small car park with the co-op in the same building. The queues are variable but not bad! They have also recently introduced a later drop off royal mail parcel service at the co-op tills which is handy. Well trained, knowledgeable staff as one hopes for from the Post Office.

Good. Does what its meant to - send packages and letters and receive them. Friendly staff too.

Unpleasant experience due to extremely rude and offensive staff. Being polite and pleasant costs nothing...

There's a notice on the door to the shop which says the post office opens at 7.00 am. THIS IS NOT TRUE! It opens at 9.00 am. Why would they choose to misinform their customers? Bizarre!

I've always experienced great service at this post office. It's a convenient location and parking is easy.

I had an extremely important letter to post, so of course I used the signed for 1st class service. Thought I could trust this post office to deliver it in a timely manner, though turns out I couldn't, it took them FIFTEEN DAYS for the letter to be delivered. 1st class should not take half a month to turn up. I could literally walk to the recipient in less time than that. I've put a claim in, but what does that matter, I'm never going to use this post office again as I cannot trust them to simply send a letter. I would avoid this post office.

Unfortunately; opening hours here on Google say 8-8, on the door 8-8, inside 8-8 "main hours 9-5:30 limited services available outside of main post office hours"
I arrived at 5:45pm still expecting to be able to pay in... Was completely shut. Arrived at 8:30am this morning, nobody here! Luckily was served at 8:45.
