Tennyson Road Post Office

Store opens at 7:30 not 6 as listed and we showed up earlier but Veerji was very kind enough to help and open up for us ahead of time as we had a long journey ahead. Thank you so much for your kindness

Been twice. Never again. No eye contact, no manners, left feeling like I was s bit of you know what under the shoe. Maybe because I'm a woman?

Twice recently I've used this shop and came away feeling quite annoyed and upset. The young man who works there is incredibly rude. I guess because they are a Post Office they get money anyway so providing a good service isn't essential. My niece has had similar experiences so I'm not going there again.

The man that served me was very rude, no hello, or thank you. Was very miserable
All he said to me was "scan", (he wanted me to pay contact less with card)

Shocking service , told my 24 hour tracked parcel which had been signed for there wasn't there and to come back on Monday.
Good job I looked as it was on the floor .

Just rude members of staff. Especially when it comes to the post office. Tennyson Mini Mart provides all the essentials literally down the road. Just use them. Don't bother with this shop

Rude!!! If you like no eye contact and being spoken to in grunts like your a absolute pain to even be there, if acknowledged at all, then this is the place for you!

The boys/men here don’t even look at you and grunt where possible if they have to speak to you. If you like service with a smile don’t go here.
The Post office is shocking and unhelpful to a point I won’t be going here again, which means I won’t be spending in the shop here either. Lost business from me. But I guess that’s what you get when staff just scroll phones and don’t acknowledge you for months no matter how polite you are.

post office close at 8pm. arrive at 6.30pm. refuse my parcel because he's doing his end of day
