Mark Hall Post Office

Not happy at all with the service myself and my family have received! So much so, I actually feel the need to comment on here. I DO NOT recommend their service at all, the same 2 women in there are SO unhelpful and very rude and I avoid as much as I can to go there even though it is a inconvenience for me to go somewhere further. They never seem happy to take in a parcel and are always very abrupt and rude and it always seems to be a big problem to take in my return parcel when I’ve had them. There has never been a time when I and myself and family and friends have had a good experience there. This should improve as this is a service you provide and we shouldn’t feel like we are causing a problem when we come in to return a parcel as this has been the case every time we do. I think customer service training is needed ASAP

So far not very good have been waiting for medication for my pet to come through since the 9th of april. It is now the 14th and I have not seen nor heard anything. I tracked it and it just says that you have it. It's important.

I needed to send something special delivery and they didn't even have an envelope for something like that. They told me that she won't have three days 🤣. I had to go to town, waste time, pay for parking again. This is the second time I have had a bad experience at this place.

Rude service. Everything always seems to be too much effort for them no matter what I need to send or when I go in. Often closes early or opens late too, so have the use my lunch break to make sure I can send my items out. If it weren't for the fact I don't drive and rarely go into town I would never use them.

very bad customer service, the office is closed during working hours, it is not open as stated on the website. It's very bad for customers if someone lives further away and drives here on purpose. Older women from the service are not very helpful, sometimes even not nice, I don't like this place

Ladies are always very friendly and super helpful, even when I take 20 recorded delivery letters down to them. Its nice to have a bit of a chat and a joke with them. Cannot fault the service at all.

Unfortunatly very unreliable service. Very offen closing early or even dont brother to open on marketed hours/days. When they open than the service kind however a bit slow . ( 7-8 people in queve and 1 out of 2 employee serving other one is just fidling with papers...) it would be very convinient to me use them but last 6 time i couldnt because they not open. So with that being said from today never ever again i attempt use this post office

Solid post office, great workers, go there daily almspt for the past 3 years. Friendly
atmosphere and always quick to serve.
