Longwood Parade Post Office

Very unprofessional and unpredictable staff at the post office. I attended 40min before closing time ( as per the Royal Mail website, Google and sign up in the shop) the man refused to serve me saying the he was shut for no particular reason. He was aggressive and shouting until I started videoing him. I don’t understand how the Royal Mail allows this to go on, clearly this has been going on for sometime

I went to the post office to send a letter at 5:20. Actually post office closing at 5:30. But the staff has said, he already closed the post office. But he served me after I requested him, I need to send the letter urgently. Also, the way he communicate with me is very rude.

Avoid Raj at all costs, this guy has too many complexes and a child-like attitude. The woman to the left of him serving at the open counter is friendly and a much better employee.

Avoid Raj the guy behind the Post Office Counter. Very rude, posses absolutely no people skills or customer service skills. I would give it a zero rating if I could.

I have been coming here for 4 years. From a business point of view 99% of parcels are delivered accurately and fast. They have friendly staff and will go out of their way to assist you with your parcels.

Would give 0 stars if I could that old Asian man in the post office is VERY RUDE and Lazy always has an attitude already had 1 argument cause he couldn’t be bothered to send my package and then had to travel to the next nearest post office to send it wasting my time. Also want to top up electric card for him to complain why I’m here ( if you don’t want to work leave)

I needed to send a bulky parcel, both the corner shop owner and the post office person were very helpful. They helped me with setting up a box and taping it all up for me.

I was pleasantly surprised by visiting this post office and will visit again.

If there was a 0 stars this place would be in line for it! Absolutely shocking. Post office empty at 9.30am on a Saturday. I ask for proof of postage, little Raj is like ‘sure as yet I’ve franked this whole pile’ - the pike that will still be there after I’ve left as it’s an admin task (no one in the shop with it). Will be taking my business elsewhere - this guy has an attitude & the guy serving in the shop isn’t much better.
