Really useful, but only open in the mornings.

Helpful staff opening hours make collection difficult

Ridiculously short opening times to pick up parcels. Lack of parking due to being in a residential/town centre area, meaning many people park illegally nearby. Sometimes have to wait several minutes for anyone to answer the bell at the desk

Very rude staff my husband went to pick up a package from the post office after we received a card to say it had been returned to the local office. He parked up only to be told in a very rude manner that they’re closed and he will have to return tomorrow. Ridiculously short opening hours 8.00am to 10.00am that is not indicated on the card so how are customers supposed to know the opening hours without going on the website?

A parcel Yesterday I Asks for it to be redelivered today I tracked it on the app It's sad it's been delivered and I still haven't had it Delivered (Rubbish service)
