Hampstead Road Post Office

Shockingly bad. Only ever one person trying to handle post office desk and shop counter. Frequently miss placed packages. I would avoid using this store and walk the extra 5 minutes to the next post office. Would give less than 1 star if was able.

Absolutely terrible customer experience! Never go there.

Busy office..but..great efficient polite service..anyone saying otherwise is just moaning..

I popped in 1 afternoon to send a parcel and was waiting for a long time, mainly due to another annoying customer in front of me but also the lack of staff. Only 1 person to do both post office and normal shop duties.. Felt sorry for the cashier if I'm honest. But my experience was poor due to waiting.

Disgusting customer service- I went here to top up gas; the shop assistant quickly took my money and did not top-up. When I arrived home, it said 0.00. I went back to the shop today, and the store assistant said, "it has nothing to do with us", and advised me to contact the service provided. There was no apology, just cold and horrible. I won't return, as he's disrespectful and rude. Others should use their local post office in Camden or use the local Sainsburys across the street. Better customer service!

I work in the hospital next door so this is convenient to me. First couple of times, I felt the guy was rude and cold. As I went there more often and get to know him better (still never have deep conversations but at least not total strangers!), I realised that people are different. Not everybody has the same personality or the same persona. For example, he might seems to be impolite, but I never have one single issue with the outcome. I never lost a parcel, a post card or a letter. So behind the façade, I believe he takes his job seriously.

Horrible service, guy at the counter picked at and loosened my taped up package then told me it wasn’t sealed properly and can’t be accepted! Package wrapped securely and kindly taken by a different post office same day…

NO STARS!! - The rudest most obnoxious person I have ever met runs this shop... Royal Mail should be ashamed that he promotes their services.
