I am honestly shocked at reading the below reviews! I have always had such a positive experience at this branch. My daughter recently ordered a dress for a family occasion, which we unfortunately missed the home delivery. She had taken a gamble to see if she could pick it up early from the depot, and it was a complete success. Becky went above and beyond to find this parcel for my daughter, she really made my daughters day, Thank you Becky! I would like to add, each encounter I’ve had with Emily and Becky have been nothing short of perfection. Great customer service all around. I would give it 10 Stars if I could! Amazing!!

BECKY WITH THE OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!

So my postman sent my mail to another address that had the same number as mine and to start I was stressed as I wasn't at my home address and I was meant to leave the same night. After seeing the reviews for this place I thought I'd get nothing from going but I was pleasently surprised when I was greeted with a warm welcome from Becky. To start, I left the house to go here because in this moment I didn't know that my parcel was delivered as my intentions was to come see if Maybe they still had it at the service point since I didn't receive it. so I left excited thinking my issue was resolved. However when I got back, this was when I realised my postman sent it to another address as its a common mistake and I asked the resident at the other address about it and He told me he handed back the parcel after signing it.. which explains why it said delivered.. so I went back stressed once again to see what was up and if I could find my parcel there. When I got to the service point once again, Becky was busy with another customer so I was talking to another member of staff but he was quick to dismiss it and told me to come back tomorrow and that was it but I really needed it that day. when she saw me and heard my situation she took it on herself to solve it and let me stay so she could take it further for me instead of calling it quits for me. Becky again used all her efforts to assure me that I'd get my parcel and asked for my details and phone number and said she'll give me a call when and if she finds my parcel and she really did! I ended up getting my package today and I'm so appreciative of her help! she even made my mail priority which I really appreciated as I was is a hurry. Absolutely she done her job amazingly!! :) :)

Fab service received today from Becky Nicky and Lucy. I had a problem with a parcel (dress for a wedding) the company I used couldn't clarify where my parcel was, all 3 were exceptionally helpful and my parcel was with them (luckily) I can now go to the wedding confidently. Thank goodness for service where I can walk in and chase up a parcel. Thank you to all 3 for being so helpful and so friendly. Good customer service is so hard to find nowadays so a huge thank you to you.

Me and my friend came in a few minutes ago to enquire about where her parcel was, since it didn’t arrive (it was for next day delivery specifically, as she wont be at the address for a week). Due to this we just wanted to enquire if this collection point had her parcel or not.
The woman at the desk went to the back to speak to her colleague about our issue, then a lady with red hair in a ponytail came storming through, in a hostile tone, borderline shouting and was exceptionally rude. We were both taken aback from this tone since we were polite and respectful, and expected the same back as customers.
We got no advice whatsoever, apart from the excuse of “Royal Mail have been on strike” repeatedly.
This we understand, but other people who have purchased on the same day as us have already received their parcel today! We did not wish to be dismissed and shouted at. We were hoping to see Becky as she is the only worker who has been understanding and speaks to customers humanely and actually helped with our last enquiry.

I ordered something which I desperately needed for my holiday the following day. An attempted delivery was made but unfortunately no one was in and the post person didn't leave it with a neighbour so I popped to Moorside post office on the off chance that it was back at the depot. Unfortunately, it was'nt back at the depot but a lovely lady named Becky photocopied my 'we missed you' card and I jotted down my number and she said she would call me if it arrives before they close. I left the post office panicking and I even looked at other options to buy what I needed from other shops locally. I returned home and within the hour I had a phone call from Becky saying that it had arrived. I was so chuffed, thank you ever so much Becky for keeping to your word, I appreciate it!

Lazy lot give them selves a day off on strike every other day. Three days on the trot I’ve gone to pick up a parcel and they’ve been sat down in front of a little banner saying how difficult it is to go on a walk and pop a letter through a letter box. At my six year old nieces school they make each other a Christmas card at Christmas and pop them all in a big post box then dish them out to each other. This Christmas I might just tell her not to bother posting it and just sit down nearby, eat a sandwich and look stroppy until the school increase her rate of pay from one mars bar to, perhaps, two mars bars. In short, lazy bunch, either work or quit.

Had an amazing experience with dropping of an exchange item at this office. The staff Carol, Lewis and Paul did everything possible to ensure the best customer service.

I couldn't believe what I experienced today. I chose my parcel to be delivered in different post office, but got a post card left and an email saying It's available for collection from moorside royal mail. I thought that's great, let's go to check if I could take it from there! Mature gentleman checked on a system and told me that I chose to be delivered in another post office, I was about to explain why I came here, as it must be just system mistake , he interrupted me by saying I DONT CARE. I just left with no words. What is going on?
