St Johns Post Office

The information on both Google and the Post Office website is wrong, particularly the opening hours.
I tried to ask for information so I could report the mistakes but the lady was extremely rude seemed annoyed that I tried to help. She refused to tell me anything except the fact they don't offer passport services (ironically the website doesn't say they do).
I found the opening hours on a sign and updated Google, however beware, the lady also said she closes early to make sure she gets away on time.

I recommend using the Highwoods Post Office near Tesco, the staff are much more friendly and they're open longer.

Always helpful in finding the right postage and the ladies there are always friendly. Great service.

This was a great experience that I had with this post office, after I passed my driving test category B, I wanted some advice on how fill out the driving application, after calling them a nice lady told me to come in and she would have a look for me, she did so and said that it was okay to send and I should be alright, so overall it was a great service and enjoyed the whole experience 10/10

This is the only post office I use just because of the friendliness of staff, although I live in Town Centre and the closest to me is Moorside Postal Office. Like other reviewers left comments yes they have quite a particularly opening time, and also the problem reported while queuing while Covid-19 is true as well but hell we cannot have everything and you MUST protect yourself as well and take an informed decision if you wanna post in quite a small store and quite scrambled. I never found them rude and they were also very attentive to my needs.

This post office has lovely staff that are friendly and helpful, nothing is to much trouble and I enjoy popping in every now and then to see the two Mandy’s. Thank you ladies for being very pleasant and cheerful

social distancing in the queue but when tou get to the counter they have all 3 open so you're less than a metre from the next customer. Also I understand times are stressful, but, don't snap at customers telling them they have to make a decision on which service to use, when you haven't fully given them all the information needed in order to make the choice suitable for their requirements!
