Moulsham Post Office

They don't even deserve one star. The woman and the man at the front, are screw-faced and hostile. Keep driving the customers away and pretty soon, you won't have a Post Office! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

To be honest, I see this as kind of like buying an iphone from an authorized reseller. It's not really a Post Office in the same way that you're not going to the Apple store. But they do the same thing, with just less knowledge and frills. If you take this for what it is, i.e.: a conveniently located little shop that happens to do mail and copies and sell little Nik naks then you don't have any reason for disappointment. To the people who say the staff are miserable, I've never really noticed them to be overly friendly but then I don't have such lofty requirements of shop staff. Maybe seek out friendly conversation with your friends instead of at a post office?

Posted a parcel today, pretty much only got a grunt from the person serving.

Just wanted to let you know please and thank you cost nothing..

Wanted to send a letter first class, tracked and signed for. Was advised it will be delivered next day. Its been 3 days and it hasn't been delivered yet. I tried calling them multiple times and they never answer the phone. Eventually I manage to get through and was advised the letter is not tracked just signed for so they don't know where it is or when will it arrive. Unbelievable.

The customer service is very appalling. I asked for separate receipts for my parcels and the guy who wasn’t even serving me questioned me why .Then I told him that it’s my choice and he said it’s very inconvenient for him. I was really shocked to hear that and how he was talking to his customer. I had to tell him that it is not the standard of customer service I would expect and he wanted to carry on the argument with me. He then he is the manager and it was even surprising me.Arpit Halani , he written down name when I asked and told me go ahead and complain.I told him that I will let everyone know his attitude towards the customers.👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Very rude and disgusting service. Customer service agent Tracy went crazy and threw back the envelope at me and threatened me never to come back to this post office again, I also had my one year old son with me. All because she accused me for jumping the queue, which I didn't. She doesn't deserve to work there.
