Melbourne Avenue Post Office

I have been there today I was told that children are not allowed I have 5 years old child I can’t leave him at home on his own. Staff was rude to me and telling me that things I was buying are not essential. I have complained to the general office too.

Really slow and unprofessional customer service. Not at all helpful and quite frankly rude people.

Absolutely wonderful customer service. Always happy to help. And are always informative and friendly :)

This P.O. has been a lifeline during the 2020 Pandemic and I commend the staff in keeping their heads when receiving a barrage of abuse from impatient customers with unruly children.

The lady said her name was Tracey. I found her extremely rude and unprofessional shouting at customers with a disgusting attitude. I told her I found her rude and no apology or attempt at providing customer service, which is her job, instead she tells me if I don't like it there are other post offices and refuses to serve me!

Quick friendly service with a smile

Would it hurt the woman serving today to muster a smile? Not sure why you'd work serving people when you are so obviously in the wrong career.

Only good thing about here is that I get my parcels delivered here, and that means cheaper postage. But the staff are so rude and grumpy!!
