Try to get as much money from customers as possible: i.e. force first class. You've got to ask for the receipt or wait for it until they see that you're waiting for it otherwise they won't give one.

Poorly managed! Line of customer and only 1 person serving even though 3 people behind the till. Manager busy doing something else but should be serving!

Staff are brilliant, always so polite and helpful. I can't imagine how busy they have been this year, but they are always so lovely. Really glad I have such a great local post office. Thanks so much everyone!

Efficient, polite, with a sense of humour and went that extra mile in service. Always nice when some folks serving make your life easier and do the work for you with a smile and acknowledgement of your existence as if they enjoyed doing it and meeting you. I left better than I arrived even if waiting in a queue and they were not being slow as in some places. My one beef with Post Offices is when they get one person on duty with a break when I walk in.... and the queue can build up with just a few heavy duty customers holding it all up every so often...... I have never understood how and why Royal Mail after closure of Hucclecote Post Office... allow one person on in Barnwood or Brockworth when I walk in often...... other than this... Post Office staff here are also very decent and though people. Who make my life easier with a smile. No real complaints. There is always that one staff member slow or bad.. in every organisation.. but I have to say... I have not run into the sloe trainee or the rude having a bad day staff member here...... so far. I have actually enjoyed my time here and the staff.

I've always found the staff at barnwood post office POLITE, COURTEOUS AND MOST HELPFUL. The customers that are IGNORANT AND RUDE ARE THE PEOPLE THAT ARE LIKELY TO COMPLAIN OR MOAN ABOUT THE SERVICE.
MANNERS COST NOTHING !!
SOME PEOPLE SHOULD THINK ABOUT THAT !! LOOK AT YOURSELF 1ST BEFORE COMPLAINING ABOUT OTHERS.
