Please post office if you don't offer proper postal services please take down the sign so people don't repeatedly every day WASTE THEIR TIME

A small Post Office with two service points, manned by Tesco staff.
Can get busy during peak hours but the service has always been friendly and efficient.

Two lovely ladies always smile always polite always helpful the third one ruins reviews for the other two. I went to pay in money and what I had to deal with is grumpy rude old wi__h that refused to move her sitting letters to get up and weight the money bags that were not full. Ended up not being served. If you reading this find another job where you do not get to speak to people.

There is one female staff who is utterly disrespectful and totally not customers oriented where people feeling left with no other choice than to go to another post office.
If you are served by anyone else there you see the difference in the attitude immediately.

A very convenient Post Office with good opening times.

It is totally spoilt however by a very rude female member of staff who seems to delight in being 'clever' and sarcastic with customers.

It is some of the worst customer service I have come across and frankly in most organisations the individual would be on a warning and probably fired.

The team deserve a large pat on the back for their hard work and good service through challenging times. Not an easy job they do but always done with professionalism and warmth.

A very rude lady, behind counter. Who doesn't know what customer service is! Will also be reporting to PO. Other staffs are very nice but it's sad that everyones hardwork goes down because of one staff.

Won't be going back.

Dear Royal Mail, please remove the female dragon from behind the counter. Other staff wonderfully helpful.
