Bush Fair Branch Post Office

I could not recommend this post office enough! The owners and staff are extremely lovely, friendly and knowledgeable about all services.

I run a small business ( @confidentlyquirky ) selling mostly gifting mugs. I moved to the area a few months ago, after a few visits and realising I was about to become a regular, they are amazing. Each day I turn up and drop off my orders, as I pre-buy my postage label's through Etsy, each day they will scan each parcel for me ready for the van.

Owners and staff always have a smile on their face and are so supportive, even over Christmas (mine and their busiest time) even when I turned up with over 200 parcels!

My girlfriend takes all the packages for her small business here and they're always polite, friendly,helpful and quick to process them. Highly recommended.

I post nearly every day, and honestly this is the best Post Office around. Always superb customer service and I won't go anywhere else if I can avoid it as nowhere else locally is even half as good.

Just stood in this post office for 25 minutes waiting to get served!! Ridiculous, one counter open and staff wandering round doing other stuff whilst 12 people waiting in the queue, also my transaction has come up as an ATM cash withdrawal on my bank statement, I didn’t ask for a cash withdrawal, I just wanted to send 2 passports back but was charged different prices for 2 identical letters as the server said one was bigger, be careful when paying by card!!

Best post office in town since the main one in the town centre shut. The staff are always friendly and very helpful. Thanks.

***AVOID, AVOID, AVOID***
Just been overcharged in this post office, AGAIN. This is the third time it has happened. Sent 2 of the same parcels earlier in the week and then again the same today and have been overcharged today. Was told that only the manager could credit me back the difference and I would have to wait for him to arrive. Which I couldn’t do as I needed to start work. If you are going to leave someone working in the post office/shop alone, why not make sure they have the same authority of any problems arise, instead of inconveniencing the customer. Will definitely not be using this post office again.

What an incredible post office! Always service with a smile, even when I turned up with 200 parcels to send during Christmas and the Royal Mail strikes.
