I have sent a parcel to Belgium more than week and my customer said she still didn't receive it. When I checked tracking number it's says it has been accepted on the post office. And that's it. No other scans. Nothing. Tried to ring them. Phone doesn't work.....Unbelievable how rubbish a postal service is in this place.

I would give 0 if I could. The lady there has an attitude for no reason. It’s free to be nice. If you don’t wanna work stay at home. Instead of showing up with a moody a*** face.

Incompetent staff! Firstly the post office was very busy and there was only one member of staff on. The other member of staff went outside whilst there was at least 6 people queuing. The lady serving was very slow and when I finally got to her she didn't have a clue. I was there to top up my electric with a code I was given by my electricity company. With a dismissive attitude said she "didn't think the machine was working still. Because she'd tried it the other day and it hadn't". She then proceeded to attempt to do it but it didn't work. She then unplugged it and couldn't plug it back in! In total I stood for around 5 minutes just watching her struggle to plug back in the power lead, unsuccessfully I might add. She then came back and said no it's not working still. I asked if she'd reported it "the other day" as to know when it might be fixed but was told "no" but she "will do when she's got a minute". I mean a minute..? I know it's a term of phrase but from her own words it's been days so you'd of thought she'd of found "a minute". But yeah then she told me to go try somewhere else. I stood in the queues, plural after being told to go to the wrong counter by the staff member to then went outside, for at least 25 minutes and at the kiosk for at least another 5! I mean she couldn't even plug something in. I then went to another post office and they were able to do it all in probably about a minute. I realise she probably doesn't have a top up meter at home so doesn't realise the stress that comes along with not being able to top it up but the customer service was non existent! I will not be returning here ever again! In two words, Rude & Incompetent. Train your staff to do their jobs and to report issues with technology they don't understand!

There was a slim, Asian lady with long, shoulder length black hair in this post office. The woman looked to be in her 40's, she who appeared impatient, rude and was very unhelpful. Due to her actions I had to travel to another post office to get the help that I needed. The waiting time to be treated so badly was over 30 minutes. Not only does the single member of staff deal with everything including the changing of foreign currency, the lone person has to deal with parcels and banking etc. This post office always fails to put another member of staff on the counter when it gets extremely busy. I won't be going there again, that's a promise. Get rid of the experienced staff!!

The lady at the post office refused to give me proof of postage even after I told her I need this.
I would say If she doesn't like her job go fhs and find another job because she is way to stupid.

Thank you to Lichfield post office for my New passport and also New Driving licence at the same time for my Husband as well 3 months ago and for me in less 20 mins was all done and completed by a lovely Lady Assistant Manjit behind Connter. She was patient, very helpful withe me and also the Queue of people waiting but the Manager came to counter to help to get queue down so quickly. I just ean to say thank you efficient uploads, Applications filled so quick, photos and photos taken quickly. It's a good Customer service and good quality service always. Staff are arrogant / unhelpful. Was told international delivs. not available. They are. Staff attitude stinks. Ill informed ..... and so arrogant. Went to Compton Post Office .... they confirmed what I said to the Lichfield St staff i.e. no problem sending packages.

I've never met a ruder, more miserable, surly assistant as the lady working here, she should not be working in any job that has to deal with the public. Honestly the PO should sack her as she is vile and rude and unhelpful, this is not the lady behind the glass screen but the one who stands behind the counter, I will never go in there again and give them my custom because of the vile assistant!!!!
