Tonbridge Post Office

Hopelessly understaffed.
Never more than two out of five counter positions in use. All three automated machines are often out of use due to staff shortages and lack of personell to oversee them.
The post office seems to have got rid of most the staff from its old branch which was just round the corner and was much more user friendly.
I suspect the Post office is running this branch down to deter customers from using it and will then close it down.

Good post office. 3 self service booths which is handy. All staff seem friendly enough apart from one lady who is abit moody and probably time for her to do something that makes her more happy to life is too short to stay in a job you dislike so much. Overall I recommended a visit here for your posting needs.

Worst post office and sadest staff ever. Doesn't even deserved to be on the high street. I'm not surprised they moved it into a WHSmith from the Sainsbury's carpark. Only worth visiting if you want to wait for hours in a shop where it seems nobody works or to be subjected to their two deadpan faces when they bother to appear.

Hate going in there, two staff members have faces like they don’t want to be there, so rude, one had dark hair and the other one had blonde/grey hair (long) you feel like a your a nuisance to them, but there’s a older lady that I haven’t seen in a while she use to work a lot on the self checkout, she had short curly hair she was lovely, customer service training is needed definitely here @postoffice

The usual one person on the till at lunchtime when there are 11 people waiting in line. Half of them gave up and left, the other half had around a 30 minute wait to be served. Staff are very efficient but just not enough of them and why on earth do they take their lunchbreaks at the busiest time of the day! I'm sure nothing will ever change but still very frustrating.

Theyre not that bad. I mean, it's a post office. And they dont have guns.

I really miss the full on Tonbridge Post Office which resided on its own. Staff were always busy, happy, efficient, clearly proud to do their jobs and very friendly and pleasant. The refurb was excellent and then they shut it down, stripped it of all character, reduced staff and moved the posting service to the back of WH Smith. Staff never seem happy to be there. It’s quite awkward. We deserve much better as do they.

Young male staff were so lazy. Refused to issue any Christmas stamps before Christmas. Had to ask them for everything. Madams in the morning are keepers- do every little deed well. You could do better than this folks.
