Loose Post Office & mini mart

Since reopening the Loose Post Office has gone from strength to strength.
Great opening hours, much better range of stock and now the Post Office counter is open it has all I need and saves me having to drive anywhere to get basic admin done quickly and easily.
Highly recommended.

I’ve been in there and what a transformation. Owner has big plans and awaiting the post office authorities to get his post office going again Thoroughly recommend it what a relief to have shop back again

I have visited this Post Office 3 times in order to post a parcel with a pre paid label. On all occasions the assistant has told me the system is down and he can’t accept the parcel! What is the point of this post office?? Avoid at all costs

Stood there waiting 20 min to send my parcel as the guy was on his phone terrible customer service

Jaw droppingly rude staff. I have been subjected to and witnessed the rudest treatment of customers at this post office. Enough of treating customers as dirt. There are plenty of alternative postal and delivery services as staff such as this ought to be aware of.

AVOID!! After checking the Royal Mail website and seeing this post office was open until 5.30 I made a trip for the specific purpose of posting a parcel that urgently needed to be sent. I arrived at 5.15 and was told "the counter is closed". I queried that I thought it was open until 5.30 and basically got a shoulder shrug. Very poor service!!

What's the point on having a post office in your neighbourhood if you can't use their services. Needed a simple task: check some documents via Sterling. The answer:"we don't do this here". Except for the fact that I the website, this branch is nominate to do this.

Incredibly well stocked shop. I've never seen such a range of cold drinks and everything was very neatly stacked and very clean.
