Perfectly polite and neat shop and shopkeepers / postmaster generals! It relatively sparse with a few basic items for sale. However what it might lack in merchandise it more than makes up for in services. It's all here!!

Passport id checking
Business banking
Oh and the small matter of postage - parcels and all.
Open normal hours including half-day Saturday which is very handy indeed. Keep up the good work guys- we in TW & surrounding area salute you!! :-)

The Asian lady in there should never have been given a job in customer service.
The rest of the staff are ok but I pray I never have to deal with her when I go in. She's just so rude and couldn't be any more unhelpful if she tried. I was literally starting to think I was on a hidden camera show. Nightmare of a woman. How the hell did she get a job there?!

Went in to obtain a form that I required. Waited patiently for my turn. I was ushered towards a member of staff. I politely asked for the item I needed. Only for the member of staff that I believe was the owner/Boss to then throw the envelope through the serving window. Exceptionally rude. Unprofessional behaviour. Very disappointing.

Was helped by an overweight Indian lady: She seemed short-tempered even though I was polite with her. I see from the other reviews this isn't unusual behaviour for her. I think she might be over-worked as there were only two staff there, which I can only guess is the cause for the negative attitude.
Other than her, the staff here are polite and efficient.

Just had absolutely unpleasant customer service from one member of staff.She covered her name, so I do not know one.She was on travel money till.
Around 50 years old,Indian or similar.
How you could be so rude!!!If you could avoid this post office, please do.

This is probably the most unfriendly, bitter and hostile place I unfortunately have to go to, in Tunbridge Wells. The staff is absolutely miserable and speak to you so disrespectfully it just makes you hug them all and ask them if they need some help looking for a new job. Says a lot about who is running the business. Such a pity as I cannot avoid the place

Perpetually closed and on the odd occasion when they deign to heave open their blast proof doors and let us common rabble into their fiefdom we are met with either utter disdain and contempt or indecipherable accents that cannot be understood- or both. Post Office goes to the ends of the earth to find the most arrogant and passive aggressive staff for customer facing roles. A true gem of the Post Office, perhaps their flagship branch! Good job team!

I have had the worst customer service experience at this branch . The overweight Asian lady with dark hair is the most unpleasant person , rude , intimidating and barking at the customer . Every time I have to face her , I always leave the post office very upset . Not once , not twice but many times . She should not be working with customers .

Now the post office is closed because of a heating problem !! This has been going on for few days at Christmas time !!what a joke !!!!!
